I’m making this page to chronicle the run of bad luck I’ve had.
Also to pass the hat around in hopes that I can raise a bit of
funding to escape this money trap I’m in.

He’s my Sob Story for those of you who don’t know me from the forums I hang in…
I was tired of staying under my uncle’s roof and putting up with his oddness plus his growing rent demands.
I saved every penny I made working at the crappy job I had at the time.
I searched for months online and found a perfect house.
The house just happened to be just a few blocks down the street and in an online auction only, Insane Luck I had the place no problem.
Well, the auction got canceled by the owner for some legal reasons.
While I was doing this my uncle found a tenant for my room who he could milk
for way more money.
…So, I was put out.
(Side note: She was sort of off in the head and got put out a month later.
She stole his TV too.)
I found another place In good shape and lower cost.
I really didn’t have much choice so, I bought myself the house which I’m in now. Woot!
Freaking day one:
Go check on house, someone had cut off realtors lock and put on their own.
The house for $350 a month scam…Arrgh..had to go by a blot cutter to get in.
About a week later I left some tools in the house, someone broke the back
window got in and took them.
After fixing up the major stuff and buying security gates I moved in.
They broke out the other newly installed window, got in tried get my computers.
Lucky found my stuff where they tried to hide it, so they could come back for it.
Made a police report.
Repaired and barred up the back windows and reinforced the upstairs access.
WTF! They tried again, broke out the top window frame climbed over the bars.
Couldn’t get upstairs due to my added reinforcements.
Fully barred the back windows…Damn.
Oh and…my summer taxes came too.
Then I get something from Buildings and Safety Engineering Department.
They say my house is a vacant rental property and I need to pay $315 for an
inspection that was on 8-6-2008 when there never was one WTF.
Got to go down town to clear it up.
I come home from work the next day and the side my house is fried.
And since I can’t afford a contractor I’m gonna have to install the new siding myself.
